报告题目:The asymptotic analysis of a vector-host epidemic model with finite growing domain
摘要:To study the impact of vector’s habitat expansion and mobility of hosts on the geographic spread of diseases, wepropose a diffusive vector–host epidemic model with a finite growing domain and mainly focus on its asymptotic profile. In a situation that the domain grows uniformly and isotropically with growth ratio ρ, we employ the Lagrangian transformations to transform the model in the growing domain into the one in a fixed domain, along with dilution terms and time-dependent diffusion coefficients. We analyze the well posedness of the model and define the basic reproduction number R_0. Our results indicate that if R_0 < 1, the disease-free equilibrium is globally asymptotically stable without any extra conditions, while the infected populations will eventually tend to the set formulated by the maximum and minimum solutions of the associated steady-state problem if R_0 > 1. The analysis is carried out by using the comparison principle, the theory of quasimonotone nondecreasing elliptic and parabolic system, and convergence of abstract asymptotic autonomous system. Comparing the results with those in a fixed domain, we confirm that the growth of domain brings negative influences on disease control.

报告人简介:王金良教授,现任黑龙江大学数学科学学院副经理,黑龙江省数学会常务理事,中国数学会生物数学专业委员会第八届委员会委员。黑龙江省复杂系统理论与计算重点实验室主任。2011年毕业于002全讯白菜网,2009年10月至2010年9月,日本静冈大学联合培养博士生。2013年3月至2015年11月在西南大学做博士后研究工作。2014年9月至2015年8月加拿大西安大略大学访问学者。研究方向为生物动力系统建模及其动力学性质分析。已发表SCI检索论文60余篇,其中ESI高被引论文3篇。现主持国家自然科学基金面上项目。是省教育厅青年创新团队负责人。
