报告题目:Dynamics and asymptotic profiles of a Predator-Prey System in Closed Advective Environments
报告摘要:We investigate the dynamical behavior and the asymptotic profiles of positive steady states of a predator-prey model in closed advective environments.The threshold dynamics are established in terms of the mortality rate of the specialist predators and the predation rate of the generalist predators. More precisely, there exists a critical mortality rate, which separates the successful invasion of the specialist predators from the failure one. On the other hand, the generalist predators can always successfully invade and there exists a critical predation rate, which separates the predators take-over from coexistence.We further investigate the properties of the critical mortality rate and the critical predation rate, respectively, to study the effects of diffusion and advection on the dynamical behavior.The results indicate that advection and diffusion have little effect on the invasion of predators in closed advective environments.In particular, no matter how large advection and diffusion rates are, the specialist predators can successfully invade as long as the mortality rate is suitably small,and the generalist predators can take-over if the predation rate is relatively large.To better explore the effects of diffusion and advection on the dynamics, we study the asymptotic profiles of positive steady states.
The results show that large advection rates and small diffusion rates can cause concentration phenomena,and large diffusion rates result in the spatial homogeneous distribution of species.

报告人简介:教授、博士生导师,研究方向:反应扩散方程与空间生态种群模型。现任中国生物数学学会理事、中国计算数学学会理事。2006年获得博士学位,2012年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”;2015年入选陕西省“青年科技新星”;多次赴美国明尼苏达大学、澳大利亚新英格兰大学、台湾清华大学合作研究与访问。已主持国家自然科学基金面上项目2项,主持完成省部级项目3项;已在SIAM J. Appl. Math.、SIAM J. Math. Anal.、SIAM J. Appl. Dyn. Syst.、J. Differential Equations、J. Math. Biol.、Math. Biosci.、European J. Appl. Math.、Proc. London Math. Soc.、Sci. China Math.等国内外知名刊物上发表学术论文60多篇。
